Raheem Fields, a 26-year-old African American male, was found dead on December 2, 2019, in Maywood, Illinois. He was discovered inside a vehicle in the 500 block of Roosevelt Road with multiple gunshot wounds. The Cook County medical examiner's office confirmed that Fields was pronounced dead at Loyola University Medical Center shortly after being found. The autopsy results revealed that he died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death was ruled a homicide.
