Gavin Lowe, a 12-year-old boy from Herrin, Illinois, tragically died on December 25, 2019. Gavin, who was born on October 31, 2007, in Carbondale, Illinois, was an active sixth-grade student at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic School in Herrin.
