Zechariah Lee Hallback

In the winter of 2008, the life of 18-year-old Zechariah Lee Hallback, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of Thursday, January 9, 2008, Hallback was waiting at a bus stop at the corner of 33rd Street and The Alameda when he was shot.
