On August 24, 2020, Shafath Khan, a 46-year-old man, was found dead in a condominium complex in Glendale Heights, Illinois. The tragic incident also claimed the life of his four-year-old son, Salman Khan. Both victims were discovered after a fire broke out in their second-floor unit at the Waters Edge condominium complex.
