In the midst of a violent year for the city of Baltimore, a 41-year-old Black man named Quite Fransico Vanterpool lost his life. On the afternoon of May 24, 2009, at approximately 1:30 p.m., he was found on the 2100 block of Sinclair Lane in the Northeast District of the city. He had been fatally shot.
