Rashaun Johnson, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on May 22, 2022, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at an apartment complex located in the 7800 block of South Laflin Street in the Gresham neighborhood. Johnson was found with multiple gunshot wounds, including two to the head, and was pronounced dead at the scene. The discovery was made by a tenant of the complex who alerted the authorities.
