In the spring of 1985, a life was tragically cut short in Atlanta, Georgia, over a dispute that escalated to violence. On April 20th, 20-year-old Keith Manning, a young man, was fatally shot following a quarrel between drivers in the city's Midtown area. The incident, which began as a traffic altercation, quickly turned deadly, ending Manning's life and leaving a case that would remain unsolved for decades.
