On January 8, 1993, Michael Ralston, a 15-year-old Caucasian male, and his mother, Terry Ralston, were tragically murdered in Wayne County, Georgia. The mother and son left their home around 8:30 p.m. to close their family-owned laundromat in Jesup. When they did not return home, a family member went to the laundromat and found it locked but only partially cleaned.
