In the spring of 2010, the life of Jerome Clayton Booze, a 30-year-old African-American man, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of May 14th, police responded to a call in the 600 block of North Pulaski Street. There, they discovered Booze suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate arrival of medical assistance, his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
