Candace Michelle Welch, a 22-year-old woman from Commerce, GA, tragically lost her life on September 11, 2015. Candace, who was the daughter of John Marvin Welch and Kristee Brown Welch, was a homemaker. Her death occurred outside the home of her boyfriend, James Telvie Samples, on Garnett Ward Road in Hull, GA.
