Dorothy Russell, a 51-year-old woman from Statham, GA, tragically lost her life on March 17, 2017, in Auburn, GA. The incident occurred around 5:00 p.m. in the parking lot of an Ingles grocery store located at 1502 Atlanta Highway. A 911 call reported a domestic dispute, and upon arrival, the first officer from the Auburn Police Department found Dorothy Russell shot in her vehicle.
