The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 2:44 a.m., in the 7900 block of Central Avenue, outside a nightclub that has since been closed by authorities. Jasmine was one of two victims in a double shooting that happened at the location, and she succumbed to her injuries shortly after being taken to a nearby hospital.
