In the late summer of 2018, the quiet community of Oxford, Georgia, was shaken by the tragic death of a two-year-old girl named Natalya Bellah. On the evening of August 28th, Natalya's mother, Jennifer Michelle Bellah, made a frantic 911 call, confessing to dispatchers that she had shot her daughter.
