Elroy Miller, a 58-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2019, in Collins, Georgia. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) reported that around 12:17 a.m., Tattnall County EMS responded to a call regarding an unresponsive person at 5685 Highway 292.
