In the summer of 2019, the life of 55-year-old Vincent Marsh, an African-American male, was brutally cut short in a horrifying sequence of events that began with a mundane task. On July 16, while taking out the garbage at his home on Pleasant Hill Road in South Fulton, Georgia, Marsh was abducted. His kidnappers then forced him to withdraw money at gunpoint from a Bank of America on Old National Highway.
