In the early evening of January 5, 2020, the life of 31-year-old Damon Vickers was tragically cut short in the Candler-McAfee neighborhood of DeKalb County, Georgia. Police officers responded to a call and discovered Vickers suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
