On January 5, 2020, Damon Vickers, a 31-year-old African American male, was found suffering from a gunshot wound at a home on Lynda Place in DeKalb County, Georgia. The incident occurred around 7 p.m., and Vickers was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital.
