Kecia Latoya Bryant Exley, a 44-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on May 17, 2021, in Pembroke, Georgia. The incident occurred at her residence, where she was found deceased. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called to assist in the investigation after Pembroke Police responded to a 911 call made by her husband, Thomas Lee Exley.
