On January 12, 2013, 29-year-old Tavone Pierson was found shot to death inside a vehicle on the 200 block of North Franklintown Road in Baltimore, Maryland. The discovery was made in the early morning hours when officers on patrol came across a black Toyota Camry with both the driver’s side and passenger side doors wide open.
