Jabez Ali McNair, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2022, in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The incident occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. when officers responded to a 911 call reporting shots fired at 583 Laurel Hill Circle. Upon arrival, they found Jabez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) was called in to assist with the investigation.
