On a Tuesday morning in Baltimore, the city's endemic violence etched another tragic story into its streets. On March 19, 2013, 20-year-old Kishawna Pinder, a Black female, was found shot to death inside an apartment in the 2200 block of North Fulton Avenue. The grim discovery, made around 9:15 a.m., revealed a scene of carnage that extended beyond a single life lost.
