In the quiet, rural setting of Buena Vista, Georgia, a tragedy unfolded in the early morning hours of July 18, 2022, shattering the peace of the small community. On that day, 65-year-old Paula Brown Kelly was found shot to death in her home on Ira Kelly Road. She was not the only victim of the violent outburst that occurred.
