Paula Brown Kelly, a 65-year-old woman, was tragically found dead on July 18, 2022, in Buena Vista, Georgia. The incident occurred at her rural home, where she lived with her 69-year-old brother, Charles Brown, and her 23-year-old pregnant granddaughter, Lara Bullard.
