On June 20, 2013, Darrell A. Banks, a 28-year-old African-American male, was fatally shot in Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred at the Gilmor Homes complex, located in the 1600 block of Mountmor Court. Darrell Banks, also known by the nickname "Buck," was found deceased at the scene. The area was equipped with two police surveillance cameras, which may have captured footage relevant to the case.
