Wayne Coram, a 60-year-old constable from Panama City, FL, tragically lost his life on October 6, 1951. Constable Coram was performing his duties in the West Bay area when he encountered two brothers who were intoxicated. He arrested them and placed them in his vehicle. Unfortunately, he only searched one of the brothers, unaware that the other was concealing a weapon.
