Ulpiano Ledo, aged 39, was a resident of Hialeah, Florida, who tragically lost his life on February 27, 1986. His death was part of a series of murders committed by Manuel Pardo Jr., a former police officer turned serial killer. Pardo, who was convicted of multiple murders, including that of Ledo, was known for targeting individuals he believed were involved in drug trafficking and other criminal activities. He justified his actions by claiming he was ridding society of "undesirable" elements.
