Patrick Kelly Behan, a 29-year-old deputy with the Broward County Sheriff's Office, tragically lost his life on November 13, 1990, in Pembroke Park, Florida. Deputy Behan was responding to a shoplifting call at a Circle K convenience store located at the intersection of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and SW 40th Avenue.
