Jean-Claude Olivier, a 47-year-old Haitian-born male, was a prominent music promoter and radio host known as "Division Star." He hosted the program "Radyo Pep-la" on WLQY-AM (1320), broadcasting in French Creole. On February 18, 1991, Olivier was tragically assassinated in Miami's Little Haiti neighborhood. He was walking to his car from a nightclub when he was struck by three bullets, leading to his untimely death.
