Jason Anthony Blake, a 21-year-old resident of Orlando, Florida, passed away on September 19, 2006. He was survived by his mother, Dorothy Fern Yee, his daughter, Jahlia Blake, his stepfather, Maurice Yee, his grandmother, Thelma Blake, and several siblings. His funeral service was held on September 30, 2006, at Grace Bible Church in Orlando, followed by interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
