Wilson Ngov, who was of Asian descent, was involved in a fatal altercation with his father-in-law, Lim Chhea, aged 77. The incident occurred at their shared residence on State Road 70 East in Myakka City. The confrontation between the two men escalated over a dispute involving a goat, leading to a tragic outcome.
