On February 23, 2012, the tragic deaths of William Benjamin Rashley, age 7, and his brother Daniel Joel Rashley, age 8, occurred in St. Johns, Florida. The boys were found deceased alongside their mother, Donna Gayle McCulloch, in what authorities determined to be a murder-suicide. McCulloch, who had been paralyzed from the waist down due to a car accident in 2010, was believed to have shot her two sons before taking her own life.
