Christopher Rossi, a 53-year-old man from Port St. Lucie, Florida, died on March 6, 2014, in a tragic incident that involved a double-murder-suicide. On that day, police were called to Rossi's home on Northwest Greenwich Court for a welfare check. Upon their arrival, Rossi invited the officers inside, sat down in a chair, covered himself with a blanket, and told the officers to "cover your ears" before shooting himself in the head.
