Kerwin Quennell Houston, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on July 12, 2014, in Tallahassee, Florida. Kerwin was born in Blakely, Georgia, but had spent most of his life in Tallahassee, where he attended Leon County Schools, including James Rickards High School. He was known for his passion for cooking and enjoyed watching television's food channel. Kerwin's untimely death left a void in the lives of his family and friends, who cherished his memory and love.
