Samuel Conde, a 25-year-old resident of Bradenton, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2014. He was fatally shot during the early hours of the morning in what authorities later identified as a gang-related altercation. The incident occurred at a location known for illegal after-hours alcohol sales, where a fight broke out between rival gang members.
