Detret Latrell Burley, aged 38, tragically lost her life on January 14, 2015, in East Palatka, Florida. Her death was the result of a harrowing incident that unfolded in the parking lot of Corky Bell's Seafood & Steaks. Burley, along with her companion Travis Lavearl Hall, was fatally shot by her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Stephenodonta Kemp. The incident culminated in a murder-suicide, with Kemp turning the gun on himself after committing the murders.
