Lucio Martinez, a 33-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2015, in Jacksonville, FL. Martinez was attending a barbecue at a Westside home when an argument broke out between him and another man. The altercation escalated quickly, leading to the other man pulling out a handgun and shooting Martinez multiple times in the stomach.
