On August 10, 2015, Justin Fabien, a 16-year-old African American male from Bradenton, Florida, was tragically killed in a shooting. The incident occurred early in the morning, and when officers arrived at the scene, they found Justin with gunshot wounds to his upper body. Despite efforts to save him, Justin succumbed to his injuries.
