Jerrell Billy Tomlin, a 26-year-old resident of New Port Richey, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2015. On that fateful morning, around 7:45 a.m., New Port Richey Police Department officers responded to a call reporting shots fired at the Magnuson Hotel located at 5015 U.S. Highway 19. Upon arrival, officers discovered Tomlin's lifeless body outside one of the hotel rooms. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
