Michael Scott Lawrence, aged 52, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2016, in Crawfordville, Florida. The incident occurred following an argument between Lawrence and 49-year-old Walt McCoy Porter Sr. at a residence on Meadow Ridge Drive. The altercation escalated, leading Porter to shoot Lawrence twice, with one of the bullets fatally striking Lawrence in the head. Lawrence was pronounced dead at the scene.
