Enrique L. "Boobie" Rios Jr., a 25-year-old from Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2016, during the Pulse nightclub shooting in Orlando, Florida. Rios was in Orlando to celebrate a friend's birthday when the horrific event occurred. He was a social work student at St. Francis College and worked as a coordinator at True Care Home Health Care.
