Bernard Antonio Richards, a 31-year-old resident of Clearwater, Florida, tragically lost his life on July 9, 2016, following a violent altercation. The incident occurred outside the Stop-N-Shop convenience store located at the corner of S. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue and Woodlawn Street. According to reports, Richards was involved in an argument with Anthony James Roy, a 50-year-old man, which escalated into a deadly confrontation. Roy allegedly shot Richards 17 times, causing fatal injuries.
