Richard Burgos, a 23-year-old resident of Kissimmee, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. Burgos was found lying in the middle of the street at Central Boulevard and Orange Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Orlando Regional Medical Center, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:40 a.m., when police officers responded to the sound of gunshots in the area.
