Matthew Vereen, a 27-year-old resident of Belle Glade, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2016. Vereen, affectionately known as "Nukie" to his family and friends, was a beloved member of his community. He graduated from Glades Central Community High School in 2009 and was employed by the City of Belle Glade.
