Ricky Garland, a 47-year-old man from Largo, Florida, was tragically killed on the night of May 25, 2017. The incident occurred at approximately 10:47 p.m. in the parking lot of the Andrea Cove Motel, located at 10464 106th Avenue North in unincorporated Largo. Deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting and found Garland lying in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
