Joshua Wilson McCray, a 44-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on September 14, 2017, in Lutz, Florida. Joshua was born on May 21, 1973, in Albany, Georgia, and was the son of Douglas and Essie McCray. He was educated in the Dougherty County School System and later attended Tampa Community College, where he earned a degree in Business Management.
