Jeffrey Scott, an 18-year-old Vanguard High School senior from Ocala, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2017. The incident occurred in the 2200 block of Northwest First Avenue, where Jeffrey and another young man, Marcus Cooper, were found lying by two separate cars after a shooting.
