Kahlil R. Cooke, a 20-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2018, in Saint Augustine, Florida. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in an undeveloped area at Hickory Forrest Road near Stratton Boulevard off Florida 16.
