Caroline Morton-Hicks, a 59-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically killed on February 12, 2018, in Pinellas Park, Florida. Morton-Hicks, an accomplished trombone player, had just finished practicing with the Pinellas Park Civic Orchestra at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center. As she left the rehearsal, an altercation occurred in the parking lot between City Hall and the Performing Arts Center.
