Caroline Morton-Hicks, a 59-year-old Caucasian woman, was tragically killed on February 12, 2018, in Pinellas Park, Florida. Morton-Hicks, an accomplished trombone player, had just finished practicing with the Pinellas Park Civic Orchestra at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center.
