Carlos Josue Morales, a 17-year-old from Orlando, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2018. Born on December 28, 2000, in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Carlos had recently celebrated his 17th birthday. On the night of his death, he attended a house party in Pine Hills, a neighborhood in Orlando.
