Devante Carthers, a 25-year-old resident of Eustis, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2018. The incident occurred during the early hours of the morning when Carthers was involved in a heated argument with Andrew Williams, 24, while they were traveling in a vehicle with another individual. According to reports, the argument escalated, leading Williams to pull out a semi-automatic handgun and fatally shoot Carthers.
