In the summer of 2015, a Black man named Robert Mullins was killed in Baltimore, Maryland. On the night of Thursday, August 6th, or possibly in the early moments of Friday, August 7th, the life of the 43-year-old was cut short by gunfire. The incident that led to his death took place in the 4900 block of Palmer Avenue, a residential street in the city.
