Jaleen Malik Howard, a 19-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2018, in Cocoa, Florida. The incident occurred during a home invasion at the Peachtree Apartments, where Howard lived with his pregnant girlfriend and their young child. Early that morning, three men stormed into Howard's apartment, leading to a chaotic exchange of gunfire.
